Due to huge levels of inquiry, we are delighted to launch the first International Youth Songwriting Retreat, open to songwriters ages 15-18 at the beginning of their songwriting careers. This brand-new retreat, unique in Ireland, offers you the chance to really explore and hone your songwriting skills, under the expert mentorship of our team of acclaimed songwriting mentors. So what is included?
Mentorship for the full 7 days from the internationally-acclaimed songwriting mentors.
Learn the art of lyrics, recording, production and how to collaborate with other artists as well as essential music business skills.
Meet like-minded musicians and song-writers from all over the world and form future collaborations.
Work on your own material as well as writing to briefs with your peer songwriters.
Access to writing, practice & rehearsal rooms at the IIMS Campus.
7 nights accommodation in our Japanese-Style Shared Accommodation Bedford Quarters.
24-hour pastoral care
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner for the duration of your stay from the La-La Cafe & Restaurant.
Perform live and record audio & video in the Lark Concert Hall of your own songs.
